I love this fascinating idea of transporting into a picture, only to find a magical world of adventure behind it.

And will they ever find their way home? The author didn’t give me anything about the characters to make me care about them or to want to finish the book. It’s just plain bad. This book was easy to fall right into, just as Dean and Sunni “fall” into a painting and get wrapped up in adventures there as they try to find their way back. The author really did her research but doesn’t bog the reader with details either.
