After looking at other great reviews online I decided to give it a shot and bought it off Amazon. Where sfries mind goes, the body follows. But just like there are no magical weight loss pills, or a healthy workout that will add 10lbs of muscle overnight, the benefit of this comes from regular use and the improvement is gradual. The best products don’t require a lot of fuss, they just work.
For the sports that rely on strong hsd and grip strength, there is nothing on the planet that builds it faster — Powerball helps develop muscle power and endurance quickly and efficiently, allowing you hit harder, cycle further and climb higher.
I used it as slow as I could keep it going for about 5 minutes a day and it worked great.

And since the action of the exercise creates very little impact, for people suffering from tendonitis or carpal tunnel syndrome, it can potentially alleviate some of the problem by building up strength in the arm and wrist, and promote healthy blood-flow to the area.
It won’t grow muscle in your forearm magically.

It is really good for endurance stamina too. But there was nothing requiring you to sustain this level of effort. A rebuttal I can certainly understand the skepticism.

It was supposed to be possible to get it started without using the string, but I could never get it going using the alternate method.
Powerball is the pocket revifw that will compliment any training regime. I’d highly recommend avoiding this product. So whether you are rehabilitating from a broken bone, repetitive strain injury RSI or need to strengthen after an injury you will be back full strength faster with Powerball.
I think it’s a great tool to supplement a daily workout or lifting routine, and it can isolate the wrist and forearm like seres dumbbell or curls can.

Wait a second, OP, you are saying that this thing healed your rotator cuff in a week’s use?
I’ve been a user of the product for years, and even I can’t claim that it’s the magic “pill” that will all of a sudden heal my ailing wrist or add muscle to my forearm overnight.
